Selfcaring is the most important for all because love himself is the best thing but some peoples thwey don't believe their strenghts and they don't identify his instincts and their power rhey always in negative feeling and theyu always get negatives thought in his work for these peoples i provide 12 steps how they behave and what are the steps following be a positive in his life how much caring he/she taking be a good in his life etc.

1.If it feels "Wrong" don't do it.
Some Person have positive thing about their doing work and some person don' have positive thinking they first think negatively after that they think positively.Sometimes some one say they do this work you definitely you get good results but you feel that not the correct for you your mind say it not give good results at that what you do you want take risks sometimes ,but some times we cant take any risks at that time you follow you thought if you feels wrong don't do it.At that thing/work gives good results or not you taking the decision yourself your don't feel so better to listen you mind thoughts this can be applicable only in some situation not in all situations.
2.Say "Exactly" what you mean.
Friends some peoples have one problem in speaking with others that is they feel something in his mind about any topic but they present that topic in different manner that not good for others himself also not satisfied so first feel good and say what you think and presentation also place like that.
3.Don't be a people pleasure.
Now a days every one see himself i mean every one have selfishness they don't think for others.so,don't feel your always be a pleasure for others be good and do good.
4.Trust your instincts.
Someones feels they have different instincts compare to others dob't feel like that god gives special instincts for everyone just utilize that one and also like and love your special instincts.
5.Never Speak bad about yourself.
Someone feels himself i am a loose am stupid fellow i unlucky person in the world etc like that that type of thinking very dangerous to yourself.so avoid hate yourself start loving yourself.
6.Never give up on your dreams.
Love Your Dreams and do a work full fill your dreams don't think they are dreams they are not applicable in life.good dreams are always for you neglect bad dreams.
7.Don't be afraid to be say "NO".
Some persons easily says no, for some works and they do it or do not do it ,they feel what others think say yes.So be afraid to say yes.
8.Don't be afraid to be say "YES".

9.Be Kind to yourself.
Love yourself and kind yourself and also care your body and like your thoughts and always be a good and always gives more priority to own decisions.
10.Let go of what you can't control.
sometimes mind gives some negative thought like when your in depression mood you want to decide suicide at that time you want control your thoughts.
11.Stay away from drama and Negativity.
Love the parents and love your friends and be a good person in these peoples who trust you most don't do any drama who believe mostly and they don;t do any negativity for us.
12.Love.
Loving the person in your own way is the not a simple thing the little love gives more happiness to you.when your in troubles at that the loving persons take care of you that love gives new born to you some times for some peoples.So love is the greatest thing in the world you find the love in every person you definitely receive 100 percent love from others.
