What type of problems occur when SMPP Holders Select Wrong Bulk SMS Gateway
Our Customers are not able to save Templates which more than 160
characters. If they do save template with more than 160 characters the saved
template is not showing full message.
Every Promotional SMS should be
under 160 characters, but one send promotional SMS with more than 160
characters but that might charge an extra credit for messages more than 160
characters.
But there is no such limit for
saving template, we can save template with any number of characters, but here
it’s not happening our customers are not able to save templates with more than
160 characters. And if they do save a template with more than 160 characters
it’s not able displaying full message some of the text in the saved template is
found missing . We need your suggestions on solving this issue.
Copying and pasting text in is leading loss in extra credits because
the panel is recalculating number to characters two times.
Instead of typing in control
panel most of our customers do have the habit of preparing their text message
in notepad which latter on they copy and paste in control panel to start a
promotional campaign. But what happens here is control panel is recalculating
the No Of characters and charging an extra credit from our customers. Even
though actual message is less than 160 characters.
Our customers want to schedule their SMS for next even after 9PM
Our control panel is not
supporting to schedule messages after 9pm. Some of our customers are facing
issues with this as they will be busy between 9AM- 9PM and want to schedule
their sms at 5 Am for which or control panel is not supporting
For example our customer wants to
schedule their message for next one week and he want to sent these messages at
1PM as he will be busy in between 9Am-9Pm
he want to schedule his messages at 5 AM to which our control panel is
not supporting.
Our customers want a DND identification button so that they can remove
all the DND numbers from the senders list.
While creating promotional sms campaign
DND numbers creates a lots of trouble. Our customers are requesting for DND
filter button so that they can remove all the DND numbers and make the delivery
process even faster.
Customers are facing some issues with status particularly in waiting list
session. No message in waiting list showing differently in user’s panel and in
master panel.
After successful creation of
promotional SMS campaign number of sms in waiting list is showing different in
different customers control panel and in master control panel.
Customers want to push messages up to 10, 00, 00 in one go whereas the
maximum capacity is only 50,000 in one go.
Some of customers has really big
data base and they want to sent up to 1 lack SMS in one but the maximum
capacity is only 50,000 messages in one go. We request you to increase maximum
messages in one campaign from 50,000 to 10,00,00
Our customers want to see all the contact groups in control panel were
as all the contact groups are not visible in control panel. We request you to
add next button so that our customers can change see all the contact groups.
Our control panel allows in
adding any number of contact groups but all the contact groups are not visible
in the control panel send sms page. Only fist five contact groups are visible and
rest are not visible. This creates some sort of problem to our customers as
they have to copy all the contacts and manually paste them in the number
session. So request you to add a next button on our control panel so that our
customers can select the required contact group rather that copying and pasting
contacts all the time.
Our customers are requesting for a search box so that they can search
for required contact details.
Some of our customers want to
send messages to particular person in this contact list but as there is no
option for search in contacts our customers fells it difficult to send sms to
particular contact whom that message need to be sent. So we request you to add
a search option in control so that our customers can select required contact
from the contact groups.
Our disk storage capacity is reducing day by day.
Our Bilk Sms server or storage
disk happens to get filled only one in 10 days. But in recent past it is
showing full every day as a result delivery of messages is very late. And we
are forced to take backup every time the disk is full. We request you to add
automatic backup feature to that we don’t have to take backup every time the
disk is full.
Messages sent at by different customers at same time are being
delivered late.
If two are more customers starts
a promotional campaign at same time or with a time difference of 2-3 mins then
messages sent by first customer is are sent to in-queue and will be delivered
after the messages of second customer are delivered. But we don’t want message
of our first customer to send to in-queue list. Please suggest us a solution to
overcome this problem.
